| Sumario: | The objective of this study was to identify and understand the meaning of the experiences and the social context of elderly women who suffered sexual abuse. It consists of a qualitative study of an exploratory nature. The sample totaled four elderly women. The non-probabilistic technique called “Snowball” was used to study populations that are difficult to access. The collection took place from October to December 2019. The interviews revealed the difficulty of elderly women in understanding that they suffered sexual abuse. |
