Sumario:Addressing the issue HIV/Aids in adolescents implies the need to get grants to develop strategies for the care of the host, as well as planning and implementing new practices forthe prevention and awareness. This study aimed to analyze the perception by adolescents of HIV/Aids, through an integrative review, with data collected in the databases LILACS and SciELO, published between 2008 and 2015. The analysis of the selected studies, in relation to research design, was in accordance with Mendes Silveira and Galvão (2008) and Souza et al. (2011). It was shown that adolescents do not consider themselves vulnerable to infection by HIV and the development of Aids. It was also found that there are several factors that lead to this conclusion, making prevention a constant and necessary challenge besides the awareness that, regardless of age, vulnerability to HIV/Aids exists since risk practices are carried out.
