Sumario:From reflections on the themes “personal values,” “organizational justice,” and “counterproductive behavior,” personal values are seen to guide the behaviors of individuals in the organizational environment according to their axiological priorities. Such priorities influence the perception of organizational justice, whose absence or fragility can lead individuals to behave counterproductively. Therefore, this essay presents a theoretical-relational model integrating such constructs. Hypotheses underpinning this model and a robust agenda for future investigations have been outlined, including methodological possibilities.
