Sumario:The current society demands that organizations invest in the processes of creation, development, dissemination and use of information and knowledge. In this context, knowledge networks emerge as arrangements that favor such processes providing interaction between subjects with a view to sharing knowledge and good practices and collaborative learning. Therefore, the general objective of this research is the proposition of a portfolio of tools and practices of knowledge management that contributes to the management of the Bibliocontas Network, a network of knowledge formed by professionals working in the information units of the Courts of Auditors. This objective was operationalized through the following specific objectives: a) indicate the characteristics of knowledge networks cited in the Brazilian literature; b) identify in the Brazilian literature knowledge management tools and practices; c) characterize the Bibliocontas Network as a network of knowledge; and, d) analyze the perception of information professionals working in the Brazilian Courts of Accounts in relation to the tools and practices of knowledge management appropriate to the Bibliocontas Network. The research is characterized as a case study, with a qualitative approach, of an applied nature, being descriptive and exploratory. As a method of data collection, bibliographic research, documentary research and empirical research were used, with a questionnaire. As for data analysis, Bardin content analysis and data analysis by basic descriptive statistics were used. Faced with this, the study validated that the Bibliocontas Network has characteristics of a knowledge network, and as a result of the mapping of the profile and informational behavior of the It was possible to perform an analysis of the tools and practices of knowledge management that have already been and are in use by the Network, as well as suggest others. With this, it was possible to build the portfolio with suges.
