Resumo:This paper presents a comparative study for the performance of several different wavelets applied to denoise typical signals found in Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS). The tests used the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and distinct noise levels to contaminate the base signals in search for the most suitable wavelet basis to denoise.
