Descripción
Sumario:The relations between the logistic operators (OPL) and the contracting companies are, usually, conflictive, mainly due to lack of a detailed plan that specifies the service to be given. Moreover, the relation still suffers with hierarchic impositions that finish taking the OPL to the situation of subordination in relation to the contractor, not having integration and nor cooperation. In the present work a method of OPL act of contract is considered aiming the integration among suppliers of an industrial area, considering the use of pointers that are adopted by the automobile industry. To conclude, a study of case carried through an automobile company is presented, which demonstrates the application of the considered method.
