Descripción
Sumario:It was carried out a comparative study of the following meteorological elements: air temperatures (maxT, minT, avrT), air relative humidity (avrRH) and atmospheric pressure (atmP). They were registered simultaneously in two meteorological stations: Conventional (CMS) and Automatic (AMS), in Maringá, state of Paraná, from 03/01/1999 to 12/31/2001. The stations’ data were evaluated through the determination coefficient (R²), Willmott's index of agreement (d) and linear regression angular coefficient errors (&epsílon;). After data analysis, we were concluded that maxT, minT, avrT and avrRH presented a significant agreement between CMS data and AMS data. However the avrRH values of AMS, obtained by electronic sensor, were 2% larger than the corresponding values of CMS. The atmP values presented low errors but with significant differences, which were associated to a difference of altitude (28m) among the two stations.
