Sumario:The presence of self-reported complaints and changes, vocal habits and characteristics and the maximum phonation time in three elderly groups divided according to age groups was compared. Complaints and self-reported changes as well as the habits, showed differences between the groups. The vocal characteristics were statistically significant association between change and increasing age. There was no association to the maximum phonation time.
