| Sumario: | Coptotermes havilandi is a termite of economic importance predominant in urban areas of the Brazilian Southeast. The foraging population ofC havilandi was determined using a mark-release-recapture technique with the dye marker Nile blue and a weighted mean method. The foraging population is constituted by 729,918 ± 33,740 individuais. The foraging territory encompassed an area of 972 m2 and a linear foraging distance of 33m. |
