| Sumario: | In this article, we analyze the movement #NotHim and its repercussions in the French context. In a movement of transnational repercussion, brazilian women organized by different logics of oppression show political agency through the use of digital social networks and, specifically, hashtags. Inspired by ethnography, we started with participant observations by the author and author in the demonstrations that took place in the city of Paris, France, during the 2018 election period in Brazil, but also of interviews with local event organizers. Mobilizing as an analytical operator the concept of political agency, according to Judith Butler, we argue that this movement, initiated by women, was a unifying element of other political minorities, such as blacks and LGBT +, against the advance of the “neo-fascism” and setbacks in the field of human rights. |
