Descripción
Sumario:The article aims to analyze the performance of the black feminist movement in Belo Horizonte, approaching its repertoires of collective action and interaction with the local government as well as its influence on public policies, from the perspective of six activists. The research is qualitative and exploratory and its methodology included, in addition to the literature review, documental surveys, in-depth interviews and content analysis. The work identifies the following repertoires of collective action: a) protests and direct action, b) institutionalized participation in councils, conferences and participatory budgeting; c) occupation by activists of positions in the bureaucracy and d) political occupation, through the elective position of city councilor. Through these repertories, the black feminist movement has had an impact on municipal policies, from an intersectional perspective.
