Sumario:  This paper examines cybercrimes in light of legislative, doctrinal, and jurisprudential advancements. It discusses the impact of technological innovations on Law, addressing the emergence of Electronic Law and the regulation of the digital environment. Different types of cybercrimes, challenges in identifying perpetrators, and the application of justice are explored. The research highlights legal milestones such as Law No. 12.737/12 and emphasizes the importance of theories supporting digital regulation, stressing the ongoing need for legislative adaptations to keep pace with technological evolution.
