Descripción
Sumario:The aim of the study was to present a review of the international literature between 2014 and 2019 on the theme of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgender (LGBT) in organizations. For this, the bibliometric protocol Methodi Ordinatio was used, which ranked 20 scientific articles considered most relevant in the period. The analysis of the publications discussed four topics: discrimination; internal affinity groups; identity discussions; organizational policies and actions for inclusion. We conclude that although the topic of discrimination against LGBT remains strongly representative in the literature, new perspectives, ranging from emerging topics such as male harassment, heteronormative speech and activism, to new approaches to the themes traditionally investigated have been explored. Finally, the study proposes a national agenda on the topic.
