| Sumario: | This study aims to investigate how innovation networks are organized with the concept of living lab, a open, user-centered innovation laboratory, focusing on the development of social innovations. It is based on a qualitative approach, characterized as a case study. The evidence is obtained through data from 11 semi-structured interviews with those responsible for two Brazilian living labs. The evidences were interpreted through the technique of content analysis and the technique of adaptation to the standard from the selected categories and subcategories and their indicators. This work advances in relation to others in its field by promoting the understanding that the specific processes and actions, called "orchestration of innovation networks" allow the orchestration of innovation networks built around the concept of living lab for the development of social innovation, but still associated to a new process that arises from the practice observed in this research, called co-creation management. Keywords: Social Innovation, Living Lab, Orchestration, Innovation Networks. |
