| Sumario: | This study intends to make a sistematic literature review about the role as pedagogical coordination at schools in dispute with the bureaucratic and managerial management influences that are still operating in everyday practices of school management in the context of public schools in Brazil. For that, we made an bibliographic research at repositories of scientific articles websites and banks of theses and dissertations (CAPES Journals and CAPES Catalog of Theses and Dissertations). The theoretical framework is formed by Placco, Souza and Almeida (2012); Libâneo (2001); Pinto (2014); Domingues (2015); Fernandes (2012); Paro (2010; 2020); Garcia and Correa (2011); Garcia (2018); Garcia and Adrião (2015); Pinazza et.al (2019); Hypolito (1991) among others. 4 articles and 4 academic works (dissertations) relating to the topic were found. The data was analyzed using Thematic Analysis, according to Braun and Clarke (2016), described by common themes and discussed based on the references. We conclude that democratic management is still not present in many schools in Brazi; and about the work of pedagogical coordinators, this is still undefined, due to the numerous tasks assigned to them and which, in most cases, are not related to the mediating and democratic dimension of their function. |
