Resumo:This work aims to identify the most relevant practices on Supply Chain Management, adopted by hospitals and standards to be inserted in the hospital care areas by the Rio Grande do Norte State Public Health Department – SESAP, focusing on Quality. For the accomplishment of this research, we realize a systematization of the articles published by Scopus, and the relationship between the structure of ISO 9001:2015 and Supply Chain Management was also identified. Based on the collected data, a survey was conducted with the 23 public hospitals of the SESAP Network. We analyzed their responses using the Likert scale. The degree of importance was delineated by the degree of concordance gave by the interviewee to each criteria present in the questionnaire. The results allowed us to identify the partial adoption of practices related to Supply Chain Management in most of the hospitals, with greater emphasis on Strategic Partnership with the Supplier, Information Sharing and Information Quality. There are also indications that hospitals have a better operating performance in terms of Innovation. As a contribution, we elaborate an standard based on the ISO 9001 Quality Standard was developed for the adoption of Supply Chain Management practices in the management strategy of the SESAP Hospitals and performance improvement.
