| Sumario: | Flusserian philosophy, in a structural way, implies the problem of communication, of the attempt to understand the various ways in which the human being comes out of solipsism and creates intersubjectivity. Therefore, images are media created to enable the relationship between human beings and, therefore, are responsible for building the socio-historical structure in which we find ourselves. My goal is to show how Flusser understands images as magnifiers and screens, that is, how they show and hide what we call reality. This capturing feature of the image is directly related to the habit of taking it for granted, as a kind of extension of reality. Therefore, this text wants to understand the image’s place in the current processof building thought. |
