Descripción
Sumario:The main objective of this study was to analyze the process of Greece's accession to the European Economic Community, observing the changes that were made in the country's economic policy throughout the adjustment period for integration. The purpose of this dissertation thesis was to identify whether this strategy, from the point of view of the insertion and modernization of the country's economic structures in a context of economies with increasingly interconnected international relations, was beneficial to the objective of economic and social development in an isonomic and horizontal manner as proposed in the official treaties of integration. Therefore we used the method of economic history applied to primary documentation and statistical data. Thus, it was possible to investigate human transformations by looking at material issues through the performance of macroeconomic variables.
