Descrição
Resumo:This article presents the evaluation of the proprioceptive activation of the inferior limbs of 14 amateur volleyball players of the young female team of the Martin Luther School of the city of Estrela (state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). For this purpose, it was used the Star Excursion Balances Test protocol (SEBT). The results showed that there was not statistical significant difference ( = 5%) between the right and left inferior limbs. It was also observed that the medium distance reached by the left inferior member was larger in the anteromedial and medial directions, while in the right inferior member the medium distance was larger just in the posteromedial direction.
