Sumario:This article seeks to analyze some regulatory strategies, investigating their impact on regulated companies, especially on the compliance department and, mainly, on the formation of a corporate culture based on compliance. For this purpose, the legislation and normative acts are analyzed, as well as the regulatory model that prevails in Brazil. In the end, it seeks to point out the regulatory method that would benefit the effectiveness of the compliance program, decreasing, concomitantly, the formation of the culture of regulatory resistance. The work is carried out based on the deductive methodology and research of the available bibliographic references.
