Descripción
Sumario:Inserted in the postdevelopment debates of the last decade, the propositions about Good Living in Bolivia and in Ecuador have stood out because of their success and fast expansion in Latin-American debates. However, far from representing a single, homogeneous notion, so called Good Living is part of an important discussion inside the Aymara world in Bolivia, advocated by many Aymara intelectuals with different conceptions, conceptualizations and political positions about Good Living. The objective of this article is to present an overview of the Aymara debates in Bolivia through a review of the three most important propositions: Suma Qamaña, Suma Jakaña and Qamir Qamaña. The article contrasts the different propositions and the main points of disagreement between them.
