| Sumario: | This study is based on two works, namely: Diáriode um exílio sem regresso (2003) and Cartas de Langidila e outros documentos (2004), both by Deolinda Rodrigues (1939-1967), Angolan ex guerrilla. Reflecting, in a broad sense, on the memories of the colonial war, we intend to analyze specifically how Deolinda Rodrigues’ writing brings out the resentment and revolt of Angolans against the Portuguese colonial system at the beginning of the first half of the 20th century. |
