Descripción
Sumario:These lines of credit constitute in policies that intend to promote the economic and social development through the generation of employment and income. This article aims to analyze if the public lines of credit — Proger and BNDES/Finame — had been accessed by the microenterprises in Chapecó county (SC), also its difficulties and perspectives. It is characterized as a descriptive exploratory study withqualitative approach. Considering the research, it was found a low access index, where there were more difficulties than real perspectives that these lines of credit become social inclusion policies that promote the development to the county and the region. The absence of information of the target groups to be benefited for these policies shows the necessity to reformulate the guidelines of necessary requirements for the access to credit.
