| Sumario: | Over the years, as editions achieved with forms of artificial conditioning, neglecting local climatic peculiarities and an energy saving in buildings. From the latest social, economic and technical changes, increase the need to adapt the editions to the climate and look for eco-efficient, showing the possibility of improving energy savings, enjoy environmental comfort and do not take advantage VIII ENSUS – Encontro de Sustentabilidade em Projeto – UNISUL – Palhoça – 12 a 14 de maio de 2020 of economic resources. The present work aims to describe an architectural project aimed at a single- family residence in the municipality of Teófilo Otoni / MG, taking into account ecologically correct factors, such as an adaptation to the local climate in bioclimatic statistics. As strategies were developed based on the research of local climate, solar incidence and natural ventilation. As a result, the project includes art that serves as the main causes of thermal discomfort caused by the adverse climatic conditions of the location. |
