Resumo:The article shows the limits and misunderstandings wich are linked to the notion of sensacionalism and looks for the Address Ways and Cultural Matrix concepts in order to characterize many strategies used by popular journalistic products. In spite of the large sensacionalism characterization, where everything is possible and nothing is explained, this article proposes to “unravel” the concept, find new analytical ways and build a new concept, which would make it possible to realize and to analyse each one of the specificities to be identified in the popular journalistic products.
