Sumario:Military Fire Departments have a range of attributions. The challenge in this context is to be able to disseminate teaching in a meaningful, uniform and far-reaching way. Distance Education Tools in virtual learning environments currently appear as an alternative to share teachings, both in private and public companies, presenting itself as a possibility to be explored by fire departments. The objective of this research was to explore the management of the EaD CBMES Platform, evaluate what is already being done and indicate points to improve. For that, a survey was carried out with the Military Fire Brigades in the country, making a survey of what is being carried out in other corporations, aiming to verify the positioning of CBMES in the national context and to be able to capture good practices to be developed. At the same time, everything that is already generating results on the platform and what remains to be implemented will be surveyed, both in terms of content and in terms of formal publication of ordinances, manuals and standards. At the end of this work, it was verified that the EaD CBMES Platform is a viable and consistent source to disseminate knowledge, for both audiences, providing strengthening in corporate education, always aiming at the motto of other people's lives and saving riches thus valuing the most valuable assets for CBMES, its firefighter and the population of Espírito Santo.    Keywords:  MOOC.
