| Resumo: | This paper is part of the discussion that encompasses the core of knowledge production in the human area: the research methodology. Much questioned for not being solely rational and presenting intuitive and personal elements, the social science professional needs to be aware of the various types of research methodology. The article studied the working situation of Shopping Popular sellers in the city of Santa Maria - RS (Brazil) and will defend the use of the so-called triangulation methodology, ie the use of multimethodologies for the production of scientific knowledge. |
