Descripción
Sumario:The present study examined the issue of the refusal to receive the vaccine against Covid-19, in the legal regime of fundamental rights and guarantees. The methodology used in the elaboration of the article was, eminently, analytical-bibliographical. The constitutionallegal framework of the right to health and the consequences of its insertion in that legal regime were examined. The issue of autonomy was also analyzed, which is one of the structuring principles of bioethics and, in addition, the ethical element of the principle of human dignity. Anti-vaccine movements and problems arising from the spread of fake news were also studied. Finally, this study analyzed the legal regimen for the vaccine against Covid-19 and the consequences that result from refusing to receive the immunization.
