Descripción
Sumario:In this research, we analyze the presence of linguistic variations in the Portuguese contemporary collection: dialogue, reflection and use, high school, adopted by the Aura Sampaio Parente Muniz School, located in the city of Salgueiro-Pe. The theoretical contribution was based on studies by Irande (2003), Geraldi (1984), Cesário and Votre (2013), Matellota (2003), Labov (2003), Bagno (2008), Travaglia (1996), Tarallo (2000) Sousa (2017), among others. Methodologically, the research has a qualitative, documental approach. For the analysis of the corpus, carried out in volumes (I, II and III), high school, we considered the activities arising in each volume, the texts and definitions about the theme. The results obtained through the analyzes point to a disparity between the volumes. Volume I presents a discussion based on contextualized concepts and activities, while volumes II and III do not address the subject in any section of each volume. In this sense, the textbook is the main instrument that teachers use in their daily school life, however, some required content, especially in the National Secondary Education Examination (ENEM) and entrance exams are not present in the three volumes.
