| Sumario: | The aim of this dissertation is to analyse how the evolution of Rawls's thinking between his two main works – A Theory of Justice (1971) and Political Liberalism (1993) – allow him to respond to the main criticisms of the communitarian authors to his liberalism, especially those of Michael Sandel.
