Sumario:This article intends to discuss the jurisprudential evolution in Brazil concerning the rights of the LGBTI + population: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transvestite, Transsexual and Intersex. In summary, on the rights of sexual and gender minorities, namely persons discriminated against on the basis of their sexual orientation or consensual sexual practices, who do not oppress the sexuality of others (sexual minorities) and persons discriminated against because of their gender identity (transgender) or social (women's gender).
