| Sumario: | This article aims to reflect on the occupations of public spaces by many civil society actors dissatisfied with the government. In the first part we will present the context of some occupations as those of state schools, the Ministry of Culture buildings, by groups of artists and the Ministry of Health, by some groups of health professionals with a view to the legal treatment given in each case from the repossession’s actions. Then, we present some possible interpretations of these events through Walter Benjamin’s concepts in "Critique of Violence" and Chantal Mouffe’s "The democratic paradox". |
