Sumario:The present report aims to describe a case of cholecystolithiasis in a dog, the Chihuahua breed, previously diagnosed by another colleague, with congestive heart failure and left hemoparasitose, Veterinary Hospital of the Federal University of São Francisco Valley (HV / UNIVASF). During the interview the owner reported that the dog was coughing, tiredness and mild abdominal tenderness. Through the image exams was possible to observe the presence generalized cardiomegaly and pulmonary edema, cardiogenic, and cholecystolithiasis. Although gallstones are often an incidental finding, they have the potential to block the bile duct, it is important to regularly monitor the patient.
