Sumario:This study aims to stimulate reflections around as a concept, socially associated with the stigma of LGBT people for being outside the institutional contours sacralized historically by cissexism, referring to gender and sexual orientation. In this thought, LGBTphobia is conceptually understood as a dispositive within the same Michel Foucault prism, given the intentional existence of actions and mechanisms of domination by the apparatus of institutions, even if in a veiled way. These intentional practices culminate in the production of several forms of violence, dehumanization and death — of those who do not follow the sex-gender system in force. Therefore, when treating as a dispositive, it concludes that vulnerabilities resulting from LGBTphobia should not be seen as na individual issue, nor analougous to racism, because this reinforces the erasing of structural particularities, as well as the gradations of daily confrontations of LGBT people.
