Descripción
Sumario:This article intends to debate on the building up of the subjectivity in the modern world. It begins the discussion from the analysis of Cartesian cogito for further establishing the relation with the vision on subject proposed by Rousseau. From these analyses we observe the birth of the individual’s construction as a discursive category which is present in modernity. It has been perceived a new relation of this subject with his own existence, specially, with his body, as the support of the new identities. Thus, it is possible to reflect on some aspects of the modern subject which would not be characterized itself in his unity nevermore, but it is as dispersion and possibilities.
