| Sumario: | In this paper we intend to discuss the (im)possibilities of State administration in the contemporary systemic crisis - economic, political and social - we have experienced in Brazil. We sought to think on the projects of the leftists that propose a state administration that would lead to the recovery of national development policies combined with compensatory policies to mitigate social inequality. To that end, we refer to Marx's conceptions of crisis founded on the self-contradiction of capital, in order to reflect on the crisis processes in the center and the periphery countries throughout the twentieth century. Therefore, here are some elements to analyze the adminstration experience of the Workers' Party throughout the 2000s as an integrated part of the world capitalism dynamics and its largely destructive processes through the permanent search for value production. |
