Here we present concepts and forms of record and analyze these interactions in a multimodal perspective inspired by an articulation made between Fernand Deligny work and Conversation Analysis approach, both oriented to the microanalysis of mundane social interactions. This analysis highlights the importance of the body's role for autism studies.Este artigo analisa uma interação entre uma criança diagnosticada com autismo e sua mãe. Apresentamos conceitos, formas de conceber, registrar e analisar multimodalmente as interações inspiradas em uma articulação feita entre os trabalhos de Fernand Deligny e a tradição de estudos da análise da conversa etnometodológica, ambos voltados para o que chamamos de micro-acontecimentos da vida cotidiana. As análises recaem sobre as correlações entre fala, corpo e gestos, como direcionamento do olhar, gestos com as mãos e gestos de apontar na construção da interação.
