In that sense, I identify body´s and soul´s own desires, and the opinions (dóxai) about the good that arise in the soul as a result of pursuing bodily desires. Finally, I develop the way the sophist feeds somatic dóxa itself, wich identifies the good with the pleasant.En este trabajo analizo la metáfora del amo y el esclavo en el Fedón de Platón, utilizada para describir las relaciones entre el alma y el cuerpo. Mi objetivo es determinar el rol que el sofista desempeña en la esclavitud del alma al cuerpo, considerada perniciosa por los filósofos. En este sentido, identifico los deseos propios del cuerpo y del alma, así como las opiniones (dóxai) acerca de lo bueno que surgen en el alma como consecuencia de perseguir deseos anímicos o corporales.
