Descripción
Sumario:This article analyzes - observing a structurally didactic form - some of the elementary formulations present in the theoretical constructs of Anthony Giddens and Pierre Bourdieu regarding a search for overcoming the pressing antinomy of sociological theory: objectivism-subjectivism. Methodologically, the analysis considers some of the main works of these authors where they explain an approach of the relation structure / action, located in some of their key conceptual elements, punctually: the concepts of habitus and field in Bourdieu; and the theory of structuring in Giddens.
