| Sumario: | The research aims to describe and analyze aspects of research data repositories linked to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Brazil. To this end, exploratory research and a descriptive analysis were carried out using the Re3data website, one of the main directories for recording global research data. Eight repositories were analyzed based on the categories: software, open access, licenses and metadata standards. The results suggest that these aspects may present advantages for researchers in carrying out frequent searches in these repositories, on the one hand, and on the other, they can lead to numerous discrepancies when collecting, sharing, reusing and finding data when they are not well managed. |
