Descripción
Sumario:This research aimed to identify the extent to which adaptability skills for career construction are used by students at a private university in São Paulo. These are: concern, control, confidence and curiosity. For this purpose, a quantitative study was conducted using the Career Adaptability Scale (Savickas & Porfeli, 2012). The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed that the confidence skill was the most frequent, but in general, all are underused and there are differences among the respondents, considering the variables: gender, courses and stages of the courses.
