China, Russia and asian integration: the sinocentric system as part of the systemic transition

This article discusses the involvement of China and Russia in regional integration processes driven with the end of the Cold War. The central argument is that Asian integration under the leadership of China, the regional system Sinocentric, is a crucial part of the ongoing systemic transition.
