Sumario:This paper presents the process and results of evaluating the instrument used to evaluate the performance of interns at Brazil's National Commission of Nuclear Energy (CNEN), called Supervisor's Evaluation of Intern. The evaluation focused on the definitions of the five Concepts used to evaluate the nine Aspects that comprise the instrument, seeking to establish Standards capable of minimizing the effect of subjective interferences capable of compromising evaluation. The approaches used were Centered on Consumers, Centered on Specialists and Responsive. Members of three different groups participated in the evaluation process: Former Interns, Internship Advisors/Supervisors and Human Resources professionals involved in managing the institution's Internship Program. The study's results encompass suggestions of both quantitative and qualitative nature for each of the Standards proposed in the instrument.
