Descripción
Sumario:Fordlandia and Belterra share the experience of having been managed by the Ford Motor Company [1927-1945] creating a singular relationship that causes them to be seen often as a single enterprise. Considering that they are two industrial areas with particular and individual characteristics, each with its own specific contexts that are reflected in social relations, memory and project, in this article we seek, through an archaeological perspective, to perceive the differences between the landscapes of these villages in order to better understand how capitalist ideology would have been transformed, negotiated, assimilated or denied, aiming at maintaining the Fordist way of life in both places.
