The objective is to analyze the effectiveness of Agenda 2030 to the role of international bodies, placing in the example of Brazil, exposing its challenges and opportunities, as a necessary mechanism, but difficult to realize in the global context. For this, we define as a study hypothesis: the ineffectiveness of agenda 2030 in the context of globalization by the low effectiveness of the soft law standards before the absence of coercive mechanisms in the international context, through the example of Brazil, evidences failure In the kick of zero hunger as fundamental human right. The methodology used has a transdisciplinary approach and for this to the logical, historical-social, cultural and legal methods, assuming the combination of methods of social and legal sciences in particular. As a result, it is concluded that globalization is considerably affecting the role of international law and consequently the applicability of Agenda 2030. The contribution of the study is in a new interpretation of the applicability of Agenda 2030 and the “zero hunger” in Brazil, by the application of the principle of non-reward of human rights |
