Sumario:By this study, we verify the chances of body composition and nutritious habits, after a nutritional intervention about obese people (IMC > 30kg/m2), that practice gymnastic. The sample result in 60 spazrans (60% of feminine sex and 40% of male sex) about 45 to 60 years old. The alimentary consumption was determined applying itself a questionnaire established in alimentary pyramid. Collected weight and height to determine the IMC and abdominal circumference. The alimentary program of a spa presents a 859 to 950 kcal/day diet, with 6 days. In the analyze the data were applied the descriptive statistics, percent frequency, medium numbers e pattern deviations. The results found in the beginning of evaluation point to a predominating of obesity grade I 75%, followed of obesity grade II 25%. In the finish of study we verify a change in the nutritional state resulting in 45% about the fat people obesity grade I 45% and obesity grade II 10%. A nutritious intervention results in a mass loss about 3.46kg in 6b days. The abdominal circumference pre and pos intervention was verified fixed in 65% and 40% of the people with risk increased to metabolic ills. About the alimentary practice, the feeding presented pre and pos allowed to say that both presented practice of absorption and consumption almost the same. The program was effective to the loss of weight and the nutritious education proposed was capable of make changes in alimentary habits become itself a factor we can it forget in prevention and obesity control.
