Sumario:University extension plays an important role in the dialogical process between the university community and the educational community. As part of this process, Nutritional Food Education was proposed as a tool to promote healthy habits, since it manifests itself as a need felt by society. This article proposes to make visible the opinions, voices, words, and images constructed by adolescents participating in nutritional education actions, highlighting moments of dialogue and reflection. From there, the experience of a Bachelor thesis in Nutrition from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral is reported, who developed her research within the framework of a Social Interest Extension Project involving students from a secondary school in Santa Faith. Students proposed motivational strategies and possible modifications facilitating voluntary adoption of healthy behaviors and practices. The experience was enriching, obtaining feedback for future activities. Keywords: Extension; Nutritional Food Education; teenagers; dialogue; motivational strategies
