Sumario:The objective of this article is to analyze the profile of temporary teachers in Brazilian state networks. To this end, the study was based on a comparative study between the rights guaranteed in the specific legislation that regulated this type of contract in 2022 and the main rights guaranteed to effective teachers in the career plans and teaching statutes in each state for the same year. It was possible to define 7 (seven) axes in which the existing rights for permanent and temporary teachers were classified and allowed to materialize, in terms of loss of rights, the precariousness of labor relations experienced by temporary teachers in the networks under study.
