Descripción
Sumario:This article aims to verify if the analytical orientation provides better results, respectively, in the organizations and supply chain resilience. Methodologically, structural equation modeling based on the partial least squares algorithm was used as the analysis technique. The results indicate that higher levels of analytical orientation, both at the organizational level and at the chain level, result in better levels of resilience. Thus, the article contributes to clarify the role of analytical orientation in the current increasingly uncertain and unstable context, as it has been shown to be essential for the prevention, adaptation and recovery of companies and chains.
