Descrição
Resumo:The Ministry of Tourism has been implementing some public policies, with emphasis on the Tourism Regionalization Program (PRT), which has a more decentralized institutional structure, with autonomy and conditions to manage policies, projects, plans and actions that benefit the sector. The study aims to identify the elements perceived in the literature on regionalization to promote tourism development. An integrative review was conducted based on 22 articles researched on the CAPES journal portal. The elements identified demonstrate a predominance of negative factors in relation to positive factors, which represents difficulty in implementing a government program. The results indicated in this study can contribute to changes and adaptations in the norms and programs aimed at the tourism sector, making them more accessible and viable. It also contributes to the literature on regionalization in tourist regions.
